Refund policy

Muscle Mie Foods aims to provide fresh, high-quality food products and a smooth shopping experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or in an unsatisfactory condition due to an error from our side.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed, Muscle Mie Foods may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

We do not provide refunds for incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, change of mind, personal taste preferences, or failure to store food products correctly after delivery.
