Shipping policy

Muscle Mie  works to prepare and deliver every order as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, high order volume, product availability, or fulfillment delays.

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days within Australia, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method. Regional or remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Muscle Mie  is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Tracking information may be provided once your order ships. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or events outside our control.
